How we Work

Simple, Easy and Efficient

Our process is streamlined and straightforward. In just 7 simple steps, we’ll ensure an EV charger is seamlessly installed at your premises safely.

Contact Us

Give us a call and we can chat through your requirements so we can advise on the best EV charge point for you - unless you already have one in mind.

Provide Details

We’ll request some photos of your property and electrical setup. We can also arrange a video call or site visit, if needed.

Quotation

We’ll provide a quote for the work required based on the survey and charger you’d like installed.

Installation Date Confirmed

Once the quote has been accepted, a provisional date will be agreed.

Distribution Network Application

If required, we’ll apply to your Distribution Network Provider. Once permission has been received, we’ll arrange an installation date. The installation usually takes no more than one day.

Onsite Training

We’ll complete your installation, make sure everything’s working as it should be, and connect your smart phone to the ChargePoint so you can experience all of the App features.

Completion

We’ll send an invoice through. We’ll also provide an Electrical Installation completion Certificate.

The Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant

This grant is for anyone who owns or lives in a flat or rents any residential property.

The grant provides up to £350, or 75% off, the purchase and installation of a new smart home charger.
You can only claim one chargepoint per eligible vehicle, and you must have dedicated off-street parking.
To be eligible, you must own, have leased for 6 months, or have ordered a qualifying vehicle from the OZEV approved vehicle list.

Note: The Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant replaced the Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme on the 1st April 2022. Currently there is no grant available for those that own a house.

Note: The Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant will close on the 31st of March 2025.

So, what’s included?

We offer a comprehensive Standard installation package for our customers.

Supply and installation of a 7.4KW (32A) charge point on a brick wall, plaster wall or any permanent structure.
Up to 15 metres of installation cabling, installed neatly, surface mounted to the external wall of the building or structure.
Routing of the cable through a drilled hole in the wall up to 500mm thick (20inches)
The supply and installation of a dedicated consumer unit complete with RCD and Surge protection as standard.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
